Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026. This policy explains what happens if you cancel a booking with Egypt Revealed Tours, and how refunds are paid. It applies to tours, day tours, Nile cruises, hotels and transfers booked through this website.
Send your cancellation in writing to info@egyptrevealedtours.com or by WhatsApp to +20 10 05064078, quoting your booking reference. The date we receive your written request is the cancellation date used below.
- 30 days or more before the start of your trip: full refund, minus any bank or payment-gateway fees.
- 15 to 29 days before the start of your trip: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before the start of your trip, or no-show: no refund.
Some services - for example certain hotels, flights or special cruise departures - have stricter supplier rules. If this applies to your booking, it will be stated clearly before you pay and in your booking confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of your cancellation, back to the original payment method (the same card or account you paid with). Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
If we have to cancel your booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of everything you paid, with no fees deducted. If a service cannot go ahead for reasons outside our control, such as official closures or safety concerns, we will offer an alternative date or service, or a refund for the part that could not be provided.
If you would like to change your dates rather than cancel, contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to move your booking, subject to availability and any difference in price.
