Last updated: September 28, 2026. These terms apply to every booking made with Egypt Revealed Tours through this website, by phone, by email or over WhatsApp. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written confirmation from us by email. Please check every detail in it - names as they appear on passports, travel dates, number of travellers and services - and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in the booking.
Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise. You can view prices in US dollars or Egyptian pounds (EGP) using the currency selector on the website. The exact amount and currency you will be charged is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
Prices include only the services listed for each tour, cruise or hotel. Anything not listed - such as international flights, visas, personal expenses and optional activities - is not included.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. Where a deposit is required, the remaining balance is due by the date stated in your booking confirmation. We may cancel a booking if payment is not received on time, under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may change the price.
Occasionally we may need to change an itinerary, a guide, a vehicle or accommodation for reasons outside our control, such as weather, safety or official closures. We will always offer an alternative of equal or higher standard where possible, or a refund for any service we cannot provide.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, the correct visa and any required vaccinations or health documents. We can advise, but we are not responsible for refused entry or costs caused by missing documents.
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical care and personal belongings.
We take care in arranging every service. Some services are provided by independent partners such as hotels, cruise operators and transport companies, who have their own terms. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
