We provide private guided tours for our customers’ convenience. This means you can choose the day you want to leave based on your own schedule. We understand that everyone has their own commitments to manage, so we want to make sure you have the flexibility to select a departure date that works best for you.
The tour price does not cover the cost of flights to and from the starting and ending points, travel insurance, beverages, tipping, laundry, and other personal expenses, unless otherwise stated.
To book your reservation, you can secure it by paying a 30% deposit upfront. You will need to pay the remaining 70% 90 days before your departure date. However, if you book within 90 days of your departure date, you will need to pay the total amount upfront
The cancellation terms are based on how close to the departure date you cancel your reservation: – If you cancel 90 days or more before departure, you will lose your deposit. – If you cancel between 60 and 89 days before – departure, you will incur a 50% loss. – If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before departure, you will incur a 70% loss. – If you cancel 29 days or less before departure, you will incur a 100% loss.
Unless specified otherwise in the itinerary, airfare to and from the starting point is not included in the trip.
Egypt Revealed Tours can help you arrange airfare to and from the starting and ending points of your tour. However, please note that the cost of airfare is not included in the listed tour price and will be an additional expense.
